Ages 9 & Up: 8:00 – 9:15 am
Every Sunday from January 22, 2012 to July 22, 2012
NOTE:
• Registration starts at 7:30am - Mililani High School Gym.
• Wear athletic shoes. NO SPIKES & NO CLEATS.
• No food or drinks in gym, except water.
• We encourage the athletes to arrive early to complete registration and to participate in a brief sport specific training prior to 8am workout.
